DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY

DEPOSITS

Deposits will be required from ALL registered students. A deposit of 50% of the cost of your workshop is required at sign up. Deposits must be received within 10 days of registration. Full payment must be received within 3 months prior to your scheduled workshop.

REFUNDS

If a registered student cancels their workshop prior to 8 weeks of the scheduled workshop, a full refund will be given. If a cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the scheduled workshop, refunds will be given "ONLY IF" we can fill the vacancy. If we can fill the vacancy we will issue a refund of fees paid in minus $25.00 . HOWEVER, if we are unable to fill the vacancy, the cancelling student will forfeit 100% of their deposit and any class fees paid in.
IF A REFUND IS DUE FOR A CANCELLATION WITHIN 8 WEEKS OF A WORKSHOP, IT WILL BE PAID AFTER THE WORKSHOP HAS TAKEN PLACE.
